Adam’s Pantry current focus is entriely on bread. We are in the process of regrouping and clarifying our mission for the
future. The plan is to make bread for customers on request and develop bread making courses, articles and videos. Now that we
are not committed to the weekly routine of bread and pastries at the farmer's market we plan to attend food shows and festivals
to help generate new ideas for our products,
We plan to do a lot of experimenting with new techniques, processes and presentations. We feel there is a lot of opportunity
for creative yeasted dough products with particular emphasis on sourdough. We have gotten a great deal of positive feedback on
our sourdough offerings and hope to extend this product line significantly.
